Lender onboarding requests

When available, the lender signup form collects your business name, lending type, approximate active commercial-loan count, contact name, role, and email. You may also provide a business website, loan-management software name, and business phone number. Required acknowledgments record your authority to represent the business, your understanding of commercial-only reporting, and the pricing shown when you submit.

Why Bureaufi uses this information

Bureaufi uses submitted details to review lender participation, prepare onboarding, communicate with your business about its request, and maintain the related business records. A submission does not create a portal account, activate reporting, or charge a payment method. This form is not a marketing-subscription form.

Where requests are processed

The website is hosted on Vercel. Signup requests pass through a server-side Bureaufi endpoint and are stored in Bureaufi’s configured Supabase intake database. The form remains locked if that connection is unavailable. Secret database credentials are kept on the server, not in the website’s public files. Bureaufi does not sell onboarding submissions.

Security and abuse prevention

We validate submissions and use a signed, short-lived form token, duplicate-request protection, and submission limits. A keyed, pseudonymous request fingerprint derived from network information is used to limit abuse; the intake record does not store a raw IP address. Hosting providers may separately process IP addresses and technical request logs to operate and secure the service.

Access and retention

Intake records are restricted to authorized Bureaufi systems and administration. Records are retained as needed to handle the request, administer the business relationship, address security issues, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements. This website does not provide self-service access or deletion of intake records. Use the reference shown after a successful submission when discussing a request with Bureaufi through an established business communication channel.

Search, pricing, and preparation tools

FAQ searches, pricing estimates, and preparation-checklist selections run in browser memory. These inputs are not submitted or stored in cookies or browser storage. A checklist download saves a file on your device, not an application in Bureaufi’s database.

Loan and borrower records

Do not enter borrower names, Social Security numbers, bank details, payment-card information, or loan documents in the signup form. Loan records, verification documents, and reporting data must be handled through a separately approved onboarding or client system.

Website assets and analytics

Fonts, images, and scripts are served from this website. It does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or nonessential cookies. A saved signup request produces an on-page confirmation; this version does not automatically send confirmation emails.
