Lender review.
Participation begins with verification of the lending business and applicable requirements.
Lender preparation
Good reporting begins before the first submission. Use this guide to organize your questions and prepare for a lender-review conversation.
This checklist is a planning tool; it does not submit an application or determine eligibility. Use the lender signup form for an onboarding request. Account access and loan-document submission are separate steps.
Your starting point
Check items as you review them. No business details or borrower records are collected.
What comes next
The preparation checklist is not an approval or a reporting commitment.
Participation begins with verification of the lending business and applicable requirements.
The information and supporting records needed for applicable commercial loans are established.
Reporting destinations, submission requirements, and the monthly process are confirmed during onboarding.
Keep the essentials clear
Not automatically. The lender, business borrower, loan information, and applicable reporting requirements need to be reviewed. Preparing a checklist does not establish eligibility or activate reporting.
Start with business and lending information, an overview of your commercial loan portfolio, and an understanding of how you maintain loan and payment records. Do not send borrower records through this public website. Specific onboarding requirements are addressed during lender review.
Use the lender signup form to request onboarding when its secure connection is available. The one-time lender account setup fee is $499, followed by $59 per active loan per month. Submission does not collect payment, create portal access, activate reporting, or accept loan files. The separate preparation checklist stays on your device.
